You will have access to Altitude's Mock PMS in your training environment, as your training environment is not connected to your live PMS.
You can use Altitude's Mock PMS to test how your solutions work with reservations. You will receive pre-arrival emails and be taken through the flows from your guest's perspective without working in a live environment.

Create a new reservation in Mock PMS
1. Ensure you are logged into your training environment in Altitude Cloud
2. Select 'Go to Mock PMS' at the top right of the screen
3. Select 'New Reservation'
4. Select the 'Guest' drop down and select the guest you would like to create the test reservation for.
To use your own Guest profile, type in the Search bar and select your name.
5. Select 'Create'
You will now see your test reservation appear in the reservation list.
To allocate a room to your test reservation:
1. Select 'Edit' next to the reservation
2. Locate the room you would like to allocate to your reservation
3. Select 'Update'
If you would like to test a reservation that is in house, you can check your reservation in from Altitude Cloud by doing the following:
1. Select 'Edit' next to the reservation
2. Select 'Check-In' at the bottom of the screen
If you would like to check-out a reservation, follow the above steps on an in-house booking and select 'Check-Out' at the bottom of the screen.
To update the reservation arrival or departure dates:
1. Select Edit next to the reservation
2. Update the dates under Arrival Date or Departure Date
3. Select 'Update' at the bottom of the screen
If you are testing check-in features, you will need to create a login on your Guest App with the same email address as your test reservations, then verify your email address via an automated email.
Once you have verified your email address, you can create your test reservation in Mock PMS. After a few minutes, you will receive a pre-arrival email for your reservation.
To begin testing a reservation without a pre-arrival email, you can sync your reservation by using the Altitude reference number located on the Arrivals tab under Guests in Altitude Cloud.
