You will have access to Altitude's Mock PMS in your training environment, as your training environment is not connected to your live PMS.

You can use Altitude's Mock PMS to test how your solutions work with reservations. You will receive pre-arrival emails and be taken through the flows from your guest's perspective without working in a live environment.

Ensure you are logged into your training environment in Altitude Cloud

Click on Go to Mock PMS at the top right of the screen.

Click on Guests

Click on New

Add your details to the Guest list to create test reservations for your solution.

Add your details to the New Guest pop-up.

Add your email address to the guest email. This will ensure you are sent pre-arrival emails for your test reservations.

Click on Save

Click on Cancel to exit the pop-up.

You can now create new reservations with your details to test your app.
