Once you have successfully logged into the Altitude Cloud, click the top right icon and in the drop down click "My Profile". This will open a new tab into your web browser.

This will redirect you to your profile where you will be able to change the name assigned to your account, email address, phone and time zone. You will also be able to change the password used to login to your account.
