Setup Floors
On the left hand side, after logging in click the "Setup" button and then "Properties" from the drop down menu.
If you have more than one property, select the property you wish to edit from the pop up window.
In the "Property Manager" page, click the "Floors" button to access the floor management page.
Creating Floors
Click the "New Floor" button at the top right of the page to open the "New Floor" creation page.
Name - The name/number of the floor.
Floor ID Code - The internal PMS code for the floor.
Description - The description of the floor.
Contains rooms - If the floor contains rooms which people can stay in.
Floor Map - Images uploaded which show the mapping of the floor.
If the floor contains rooms, click the "Contains rooms" button.
To upload an image of the floor map, either click or drag an image into the highlighted area or click the area and upload the image.
Once the required information has been added, click the "Create floor" button. However, if you wish to cancel the creation click the "Cancel this floor" button.
Editing Floors
Once you have successfully created a floor you are able to edit the floor's details if needed.
Under the "Actions" column click the "Edit" button corresponding to the floor which you would like to edit. This will bring up the same creation window as above where you can edit the floor's information.
Once the information has been editing, click the "Update floor" button. However, if you wish to cancel the edit click the "Cancel this floor" button.
