Setup Rooms for your Property

Configure rooms for your property.

Upon logging into Altitude Cloud, click Setup on the left side and then click Properties to access the Property Manager.

From here, click the "Edit" button next to which property you would like to edit. This will bring you to the management page for that property.

Next, click "Rooms". This is where you are able to manage all the rooms of your property.

Editing a Room

To edit a specific room, click the 'Edit" button the right hand side.

A window should display which is similar to the image below. This will allow you to change the room name, the public description and the views of the room.

Room Name - The name of the room which is displayed to the guests.
​Public Description - The description of the room which is also displayed to the guests.
​Views - The views that the room has which is listed to the guests.
​

All of these are displayed to the guest using the guest user interface.

When you have made the needed changes to the room, click the "Update" button at the bottom right of the window.
