Accessing the Property Manager menu
To access the Property Manager page, click the "Setup" button to open the drop down menu, then click the "Properties" button. If you have more than one property, you will need to select which one you would like to setup.
Changing Property Details
In the centre of the Property Manager page is the "Property Detail" panel, this information is used in the Altitude apps.
Location - The city in which your property is based.
Address - The address of the property.
Phone - The phone number of the property.
Email - The property's email address.
Website - The property's website.
Short Description - The description of the property.
Online Booking URL - The URL where users are able to book a room for the property.
GPS lat - The latitude of the property. Helps provide position of property on Google Maps.
GPS long - The longitude of the property. Helps provide position of property on Google Maps.
Open Weather ID - The Open Weather website ID of the city that the property is based in.
Once all the details have been added to these text boxes, click the "Update" button at the top right.
Open Weather ID
Head over to the OpenWeatherMap website.
At the centre of the page, enter the city name of the property in the "Your city name" text field and click the "Search" button. This will bring up a list of the cities in the world with the name you entered.
Click the name of the correct option, in this example "Wellington, NZ".
On the next page, the Open Weather ID is the number at the end of the URL. Type this code into the Open Weather ID field in the Property Manager page.
Changing Localization Details
In the top right of the Property Manager page is the "Localization" panel, this information is used for configs.
Country - The country in which the property is based.
βLanguage - The language primarily used in the country/property.Timezone - The timezone of the country.
Currency - The currency primarily used in the country/property.
Units - The units used in the country.
For all of these options click the down arrow to bring up the drop down menu from which you can select the current setting.
Once all the details have been added, click the "Update" button at the top right.
Changing Legal Entity Details
In the bottom right of the Property Manager page is the "Legal Entity" panel, this information is used for billing.
Legal Entity Name - The name displayed on bills/receipts.
βEntity Number - The number displayed on bills/receipts.
βEntity Number Type - The type of the number displayed on bills/receipts.
Once all the details have been added, click the "Update" button at the top right.
