Connecting to the Altitude MDM and setting up the application to auto-authenticate with the MDM will be setup by Altitude. This guide will help you connect test devices.

Install the app provided via the TestFlight invite by following the instructions from Apple.

Open the app and the Connect screen will be displayed.

Accept Push Notifications (these are required to advise the device when to refresh, when guests are checking in and checking out

Select the Altitude Environment you would like to connect to (which will match your environment you're logging into on Altitude Cloud) by tapping "Settings" and then choosing the Environment.

Tap "Connect", a 4 digit code will be displayed.

In Altitude Cloud go to "Apps" > "In-Room"

Input the Connect Code and select the Room (for testing purposes) from the drop-down

The other fields are optional for testing purposes, but will be used within the MDM solution for tracking devices. Then click "Create", The device will now login.

All Altitude Apps that are installed for test purposes are labeled "Beta" these releases will be released more often than our production release schedule.
