Visit Preno Settings, then Integrations
Scroll down to the bottom and find Preno API, then click Generate.
Copy both the Key and Secret and email them to your Altitude Representative along with the Preno URL you access Preno with (e.g. https://myhotel.prenohq.com).
They will only be displayed once.
