If you need to connect to a Kiosk setup by Altitude use the AnyDesk details provided by your Altitude representative.

Once you have connected it will likely be in Kiosk Mode - Click the Action button and then Ctr+Alt+Delete

Then select the user you wish to log in as (usually "Admin") in the bottom left.

Input the password and sign in.

If you need to update the Kiosk or software on the Kiosk, you will need to turn off "Kiosk mode" first, then switch user back to "Kiosk"
