Each time a job is generated in Housekeeping, you will see the below information appear.
Select the tick box located at the top left of the job card to select the job for assignment.
Next you will find the room number.
In the coloured box you will find the room status, the following letters represent the different status'.
Status will depend on the PMS in use - Altitude has also modified some PMS statuses to be defined as simple characters
O - Occupied
VD - Vacant Dirty
VC - Vacant Clean
OOO - Out of Order
OC - Occupied Clean
OD - Occupied Dirty
V - Vacant
The three dots to the right of the card allow you to click for supervisor options if you have the required permissions
Below the room number and status, you will find the job required. This can be Full Clean, No Job, or Refresh, depending on your configuration.
Next, you will find the current status of the job. This changes as housekeeping team members begin the task and then change the status.
Examples of job status' are:
Underway, Awaiting Sign Off, Inspection Failed, Complete
The arrows next to the job status indicate the level of priority, for example, in the screenshot above, this job is low priority. Two arrows pointing up indicate high priority and no arrows indicate normal priority.
Changing the Dashboard view
You can change the view of jobs at any time by selecting either the list or the card view located at the top right of the screen.
You can bulk-assign floors by selecting the tick box to the right of each floor.
