Adding Users to a Team

Learn how to add users to a Team for Task and Chat management.

1. Navigate to Tasks under Setup in the Administration menu in Altitude Cloud

2. Select the Teams tab

3. To create new Team, select New Team

4. Add the details of your new team and then add Members to the team.

5. Select Create

You now have your team set up to ensure that users of Altitude are part of the correct teams for task management and live chat.
