When logging into Altitude Cloud, you will land on the 'Guests' dashboard outlining guest movements for the day.
From this dashboard, you can access the following information:
Arrivals: All guests that are yet to arrive and check in for the current day
Departures: All guests who are yet to depart for the current day
In House: All guests currently checked in, not arriving or departing on the current day
Arrived Today: Guests who have arrived and checked in for the current day
Departed Today: Guests who have departed and checked out for the current day
On the Arrivals tab, you are able to view all arriving guests for the day, their expected stay length, and the status of their reservation.
You can see the guests room type, the expected amount of guests and the housekeeping room status. You can also view whether the guest has begun or completed their pre-check in steps via the Guest Web Portal or Guest Mobile App if you have these in place.
By selecting action next to the relevant guest's name, you can view their reservation details.
Guest information (located in the red box), billing details and arrival wizard via Express App can be accessed from here.
Once the guest is in house, you can view the Guests Reservation directly from the dashboard:
