Learn how to navigate guest profiles in Altitude Cloud.

All guests staying at your property have a Guest Profile generated in Altitude Cloud. To locate this profile, navigate to Guests under the Guests menu in Altitude.

Once you are on the dashboard, you are able to locate the relevant guest by either searching the name of the guest or tabbing through pages.

Once you have located the guest profile you would like to view, select the View button.

You are now able to view all guest details from previous reservations or loyalty sign ups, and edit these as required.

To Edit a field, select Edit

At the top of the screen you will see how many stays and nights the guest has had at your property.

Guest Details

You are now able to add any specific interests the guest may have- this in support of marketing campaigns to ensure tailored and relevant marketing.

You can select the guests preferred language, their profession, a preferred personal greeting, their vehicle details for valet parking and update their GDPR marketing consents.

Guests can also specify whether they would like to remain un-disturbed during their stay and whether they have children.

Guest Notes

Navigate to the Guest's Notes tab and you will be able to add notes as required to the guest's profile. To add notes, select Add Note.

Enter the note you would like to make and then select Create.

Guest Reservations

If the guest has any upcoming reservations, they will be listed in the Reservations tab.

Meal Key

Where relevant, meal keys enable guests to access common areas to receive meals throughout their stay. You can learn more about meal keys here.
