Navigate to Food and Room Service under Content in the Administration menu in Altitude Cloud.
Select Create Location
Name the location you are setting up, for example Room Service. Then select Create.
You will then be required to complete the Location detail page.
Enter your details as required, including the order types available for your location.
In this example, we do not have Dine In enabled as we are setting up Room Service, only to be delivered to guest rooms.
Navigate across the tabs to enable different types of dining.
Enable the days the location is open with time frames by selecting the Open days and times.
Select Update once you have completed the Location information.
Next, navigate to the Advanced tab.
On this tab you are able to set up sub locations, the ability for guests to book tables at your property and feedback.
To enable feedback, you must have set this up ion the Surveys section of Altitude Cloud. You can view the knowledge base article on how to do this here.
