How to Setup Incident Types in Altitude

Set up incident types to assist with categories for reporting

Follow these steps to create and manage Incident Types in Altitude:

Go to the Operations menu in Altitude, and select Incidents.

In the top-right corner, click on Types.

Click New Type to create a new incident category.

Enter the name of the incident you want to record.

Add the email addresses of any team members who should receive notifications for this type of incident.

Click Create to save your new Incident Type.

After an incident is logged, the assigned staff will automatically receive email alerts to keep them informed.
