Meal Plans are used to encode keys for access to common areas for Meals. This feature is an optional add-on for specific industries.

In order to encode Meal Keys, you will need to set up Meal Plan Management in Altitude Cloud. This will ensure that your parameters for meal plans in RMS are configured correctly in Altitude.

Navigate to Setup, under Administration in Altitude Cloud.

Select Meal Plans.

Select ‘New Meal Plan’

You are now able to name your meal plan and add further detail as required.

Input the Meal Plan Code. This is the code found in RMS and noted as the Description.

Add key access group.

Add key start time and end time as required.

Select Create to complete your New Meal Plan.

Repeat this process for all meal plans as required.
