Once you have successfully logged into the Altitude Cloud, click the top right icon and in the drop down click "My Profile". This will open a new tab into your web browser.
Under "Edit my password", enter your current password in the first text box and your new password in the two other boxes.
Next, click the "Update password" button to successfully change your password.
Ensure that your new password has at least 6 characters and doesn't contain more than 20 characters.
