Adding a New Item to Lost and Found in Altitude

Learn how to add a new item to lost and found for guest follow up and collection.

Navigate to Lost & Found in Altitude Cloud

Select New Item

Enter the details of your found item.

Select the location that the item was found. If found in a guest room, select room, then the room number. If found in a public/ common area, select Other and note the location.

Select whether the item was found by a staff member, or reported by a guest.

If Reported by a guest, adding the item reported as Lost will assist in the return of the item when found.

Add any tags relevant to the item. These are helpful for locating the found item when a guest calls to enquire.

If the item was found in a guest room, note the reservation reference and the guest name in the boxes provided.

Select Create.
