Navigate to Lost and Found in Altitude Cloud

Select View next to the item you wish to update.

Select the History tab on the pop up window.

Type any relevant details and Post the information.

You are also able to update the status of the item on the History tab.

If an item has been collected, add detail as required and change the status of the item to Returned.

Select Post.

Select Cancel once the post is saved.

You are able to view items of different statuses at any time by selecting the status of items you wish to view.
