Connect your Key services

Install the Altitude Direct Application

Download the latest version of the Altitude Direct installer from your representative and install it as follows.

If Windows asks for approval due to certification (blue box) click "More Info" then Continue Anyway.

Once installed click on "Open Service Manager" and accept any User Account Control messages.

Click "Install Service" - if you're upgrading an existing install then click "Reinstall/Upgrade Service"

Close this window, Altitude Direct now needs to be connected to Altitude Cloud.

Select the "Altitude Settings" tab then

Then Select the Environment - this will usually be "Altitude Live" unless otherwise advised.

Input the Account ID and then select the Property from the drop-down.

Input your Client ID and Secret - then click "Login" - it may take 5 seconds to verify the connection and connect the socket.

If you cannot get the Connected message please advise support or your representative.

Connect Key Server

Then the Key Server needs to be configured. Open "Key Server Access" and select your key server in the drop down.

Each key server requires different levels of connections and will usually be supplied by your key server vendor.

Input the correct connection details as supplied and click the "Test Connection" button. Then click Save.

Altitude Direct is now connected to Altitude Cloud and your Key Server

Debugging

If there are any problems and Altitude request your Altitude Direct logs you can capture these from the Logs tab

Any errors or concerns can be copied by right clicking on the line and clicking "Copy"
