Create Content Pages for your Guest App and In-Room App

Create pages for your content in your Guest App or In-Room App.

Accessing the Pages menu

On the left hand panel, select Content and then Pages to bring up the page creation.

Creating Custom Pages

After accessing the page creation, click the "New page" button at the top right. This will bring up the following page.

Complete the following details for your new page:

  • Page title - The title displayed on the page.

  • Page name - The name for the page. Name is displayed in the list of custom pages.

  • Properties - What properties the page will be displayed for.

  • Language - What language the page will be in.

  • Type of page - Is it an image, PDF or HTML?

  • Status - The status of the page. Is it being drafted or published?

To select the properties that the page is made for, click the down arrow to bring up the following drop down menu.

Click the check boxes next to all properties that apply.

To change the language, click the down arrow to bring up a drop down menu from where you can select the correct language.

To change the type of page which you are creating, click the down arrow.

This will bring up the drop down menu from where you can select HTML, PDF or image.

To change the status of the page, click the down arrow to bring up the following drop down menu.

Click either option which applies. If you are still making edits to the page, select Drafting, then when you have completed the page, select published and the page will be available to add to your Guest App or In-Room App,

After filling in the required fields, click "Save" to save the changes to the new page.

Click "Publishing" to publish the page. However, if you wish to cancel the creation of the page click the "Cancel" button.

If the selected type of page is HTML, the highlighted space is where you are able to add the content to the custom page.

If Image has been selected for the type of page, the highlighted space is where you are able to upload images. Do this by either clicking in the space and uploading or dragging the images into the space.

If PDF has been selected, the highlighted space is where you can upload one PDF file. Do this by either clicking in the space and uploading or dragging the PDF into the space.

To permanently delete the page, after creating it you can select the "Delete page" button at the bottom right.
