After logging into Altitude Cloud, navigate to Apps in the Administration menu. Next select the app you wish to pair your device to.
In this example, we demonstrate pairing a Kiosk device. To pair a device with Express App, follow this procedure and select Express under Apps.
Next, select Add/ Manage Devices next to the kiosk you wish to pair.
Ensure you are on the Add New tab.
Open the Altitude Kiosk app on your device and select connect.
The device will now generate a code, which you will need to type in the Connect Code box in Altitude Cloud.
Name your device and select the required Controller (kiosk only). The name you establish for your kiosk will be displayed on the bottom left corner of the device.
Next, select Create.
Your device will now automatically load your Kiosk as set up in Altitude Cloud.
You can view paired devices at any time by going to Add/ Manage Device and selecting the devices tab as pictured below:
You are also able to remove the device by selecting Remove next to the relevant device.
Payment Device
If the Kiosk needs to use a cloud based payment terminal the terminal must be selected on Device setup using the Payment Device drop down:
Depending on the property payment provider this drop-down will be available.
Otherwise the payment terminal will be configured within the Kiosk Administration itself.
You do not need to pair payment devices to use Express App.
