Menu design and structures are an integral part of how you can setup your menus and content. The Guest interfaces will structure themselves to your setup.

Navigate to Administration in Altitude Cloud, then to Content, Guest Requests.

To create a new menu, locate the Menus tab and select New Menu.

Name the new menu, add a menu image by upload, add your menu description and then select create.

Once you have created your menu, you can add sub menus and individual items to your guest request menu.

Add a Sub Menu by selecting Edit next to your Menu, then select Add Sub Menu

Enter the name of your Sub Menu and select Save.

A Sub Menu can indicate a different department or category of items and separates these for the guest to view.

To add individual items to your menus, select Add New Item, or if the Item has already been added, select Add Existing Item

Enter the relevant information for the item you are adding.

If the item is Free of charge, leave the pricing at $0.00, this will hide the pricing on the guest facing menu.

To add the ability for guests to order multiple of the same item, enable the Quantity Options Slider. This will show the guest a '+' or '-' sign for adding multiple items.

If you would like to add options for the individual item, for example, a guest is ordering a pillow, you may want to provide the option for guests to select between a 'slim' pillow, a 'feather' pillow etc.

To do this, select Add Option Group

Name the group of options, then add each of the individual options by selecting '+ Add Option'

Once you have added your items select Save.

These items will now be available for guests to order via your Altitude solution.

To Add Items for Guest Requests without assigning them to a specific menu, you can add these via the Items tab on Guest Request Configurations.

Select the Items tab, then select New Item

Complete the detail fields as required for the individual item and select Create.

These items will not show up in the Guest interfaces until they are added to a menu.
