Navigate to Administration, then to Setup
Navigate to Access Key Pickup
Ensure you are on the ‘Lockboxes’ tab
Select New Item
Select the language and then enter all additional details for your new lockbox.
The text you enter into the Directions and Name fields will show to the guest when they are checking into their room.
If you are setting up a lock box with a pin code:
Navigate to Type
Select Pin Code from the drop down menu
Enter the pin code in the box
Select Create
