When a guest is ready to depart the property, they can check out via the Altitude Kiosk which will be located within the hotel lobby or reception area.
In order to check out, the guest needs to touch the screen and select the "Check out" option.
Once the guest has selected the Check-out button, they will be prompted to enter their last name and room number.
Once the guest has entered their details, they can continue by selecting the continue button.
Throughout the check-out experience, guests can select the help button at anytime to request for assistance from reception. Reception will be notified via the Altitude Dashboard.
After completing their details, guests will be prompted to declare any minibar they have consumed during their stay.
If a guest has consumed minibar prior to the last night before departure, minibar items will appear on the list below. The guest can then add any additional items as required.
Should the guest need to add any minibar items, they will need to select Add Item in the top right corner, and will be able to view the minibar pop-up as below:
The guest will then need to plus or minus the total minibar items and select done to submit their entry.
Once the guest has submitted their minibar items and selected continue, they will then be able to review their bill and select a payment method.
Please note: If a guest has provided a credit card on arrival, this will appear as an option under 'Payment Method'.
If the guest selects a new method of payment, they will then be redirected to a third party gateway to complete their payment.
After the payment has been confirmed, the guest will be directed to the property's feedback page. These questions are customisable and set by the property to gauge feedback on relevant areas of their stay.
Once the guest has completed the feedback form and selected Finish, their check out is complete and the kiosk will return to the main screen.
