Access Maintenance Mode on the Self-Service Kiosk.

  2. You will get a login screen pop-up

  3. Enter your property admin details and password

  4. Select 'Maintenance Mode'

If you are seeing errors in the Kiosk Maintenance Mode, troubleshoot these by heading to the following article:

Check Key Cards

Note: When adding new key cards to the Kiosk, ensure these are not 'new' key cards, meaning the keys you are adding are already in circulation and have been used by guests.

  1. Open the kiosk unit

  2. Locate the key dispenser and check the levels of key cards

  3. If low, remove the weight from the top of the keycard pile, then add new keycards and replace the weight

Check Printer Paper

  1. With the kiosk open, locate the printer

  2. Push down the grey open button and check there is paper available for guests

  3. If there is no paper, add a new roll of thermal paper to the printer and feed it through the front printer dispenser.

Clean the Kiosk Screens and Terminal

  1. Using a glass cleaning spray, wipe down the surface of the kiosk screen and terminal with a microfibre cloth. This will ensure the Kiosk remains clean and ready for guests to use.
